Neurovalue increases performance with behavioral strategy, finance and deep expertise on biases in AI and human decision-making. Our mind works like a computer with 2 processors: - System 2, a conscious and controlled processor, - System 1, the unconscious and automatic one. Our approach helps investors and bankers improve profitability with "cognitive" decision-making systems. 4. Human Capital The selection of Senior Executive is often impacted by biases that lead to choosing leaders who are not necessarily the most effective.
