At Simple, we believe that “learning to fish” rather than “receiving fish” empowers groups and individuals with more durable solutions. Learning mindfulness is effective and suited for active daily lifestyles. We envision a world of empowered individuals and communities, designing and implementing their own pathways to a sustainable future. We offer the 3-year NeuroSystemics CARE professional therapeutic training. NeuroSystemics is a community-based methodology bridging ancient wisdom traditions, neurosciences and systemic understanding to offer integrative path to resilient healing, passionate living and awakening.
