The NeuroLeadership Institute is a leading global research organization and pioneer in the neuroscience of leadership. Since its inception the Institute has united the world’s foremost neuroscientists, leadership researchers, and organizational practitioners with the purpose of transforming how we think, develop, and perform. With operations worldwide, the Institute provides unique brain-based, process-focused, and outcome-driven methodologies and frameworks that help individuals and organizations facilitate positive change and lead more effectively. Organized into three branches, the NeuroLeadership Institute provides a customized approach to applied neuroscience. Our Research department highlights breakthroughs in neuroscience and produces peer-reviewed research that is published in papers comprising the NeuroLeadership Journal. We feature these papers at our annual Summit. Our Education department offers programs for individuals and teams that wish to learn new skills and explore the four domains of neuroleadership: decision making and problem solving, emotional regulation, collaboration, and the facilitation of change. Our Solutions business operationalizes our research to help organizations transform their effectiveness, with a focus in three practice areas: Performance, Diversity, and Learning.

Mindful Schools empowers educators to spark systemic change from the inside out by cultivating awareness, resilience, and compassionate action. Our vision is for all children to learn in “mindful schools” that nurture a new generation of leaders to create a more equitable and thriving world. Mindful Schools is a non-profit organization founded in 2007. We are proud to be a partner of choice for over 500 schools across the country. We’ve trained over 70,000 educators through professional development training, community resources and events, and most recently, national schoolwide mindfulness programs. Our programs are all designed by educators, for educators, with educators with deep experience bringing mindfulness to schools with an equity-centered, trauma-sensitive approach. With an expanding network of educators working to implement mindfulness, and an unwavering commitment to integrate diversity, equity, and inclusion into our work, we are uniquely poised to cultivate joyful and just learning communities, no matter what the future holds.
