The housing system is plagued with a lack of high-quality, affordable, and well-managed rental accommodation. We need to fundamentally change the way we live in our cities in order to respond to continued urbanisation, an increasingly mobile and global workforce, and growing numbers of single and independent millenials. The nuclear family and white picket fence is no longer the way things are trending. We believe that the future of housing is shared and collaborative and that through human-centered design, community, tech, and service the experience of living in the city can be made a lot better than it is.
