Dare is the brainchild of Danny Avidan. What began with a keen eye for design and the business smarts behind three of Australia’s well renowned and highly successful fashion brands, Charlie Brown, Howard Showers and Hollywood Fashion Tape, soon became the foundation for one of the most creative and intuitive property development thinkers on the market. Danny previously formed RDA Property Developments helping to create the glitterati of exclusive boutique apartment blocks, stretching across the eastern and northern suburbs. From the stunning and meticulously appointed 14 apartment landmark of The Carlton at Vaucluse to the groundbreaking design of the 53 apartment and retail frontage of the Foveaux at Surry Hills to the headline-making 21 apartment creation of Bronte Place that quite literally set about changing the face of an entire suburb, Danny has already carved out a property legacy in a short space of time.
