NEMO ETC is a firm of engineers, technicians and research specialists providing Engineering, Evaluation, Testing and Consulting services to the building-envelope component and systems industry. Our primary strengths are our experience and our focus on a particular industry, servicing building-envelope component and systems manufacturers. NEMO ETC was formed by Robert Nieminen, P.E. in January 2018 after 25 years in the industry. NEMO ETC to provides the high-level of service that comes with nearly 30 years’ experience, while expanding its service-offerings to meet market-needs with a focus on innovative, forward-thinking solutions that give our clients a competitive edge. The company name reflects a part of Robert’s history coupled with an acronym for the services we offer:  'NEMO' was Robert’s father’s nick-name through high-school and college. “I would not be the man I am today without his steady hand, and this pays homage to him.” said Robert Nieminen, P.E., President of NEMO|etc.  'ETC' is tied to our services offering: Engineer / Evaluate / Test / Consult NEMO ETC has two full-service, ISO/IEC 17025 accredited laboratories and holds ISO/IEC 17020 accreditation as an inspection entity.
