Nelson's Distillery & School is a multi-award-winning premium craft distiller based in Staffordshire, United Kingdom. Founded in 2014 by Neil Harrison, a former chef of a 2-Michelin Star restaurant; Nelson's Distillery produced a unique range of Gin, Vodka and Rum not found anywhere else in the world. Neil used his years of expertise and refine palate from the food industry to develop and perfect his renowned blend of 27 botanicals - more commonly know as Nelson's London Dry No.7. This secret recipe now forms the base to all Nelson's Gin's and Vodka. All spirits are made in small batches with only the highest quality ingredients, hand crafted and quality controlled by Neil himself. Nelson's Distillery & School also provides the unique experience of creating your own craft spirit at their 5* rated Gin & Vodka Distilling School. Students gain an insight into the wonderful world of distilling, learn all about the colourful history of one of todays most popular spirits and get creative making their own!
