Nectagen is the developer of nanoCLAMP™ technology, an affinity ligand scaffold platform that produces high affinity, highly specific ligands with special properties not found in other antibody mimetics. The nanoCLAMP™ single domain antibody mimetics are comparable to nanobodies, but are compatible with challenging conditions such as high temperature, extremes of pH, organic solvents, NaOH sanitization, and proteases. Nectagen can typically produce custom nanoCLAMPs to nearly any protein target in a matter of weeks.
