The innovative Natrix HD Membranes overcome the efficiency, speed, and flexibility barriers imposed by conventional capital-intensive approaches to chromatography. Natrix products are scalable from R&D to commercial manufacturing. Innovative Products - Our unique purification platform combines the high binding capacity of resin-based chromatography with the high throughput and ease of use of traditional membrane adsorbers. Natrix HD Membranes consist of a polymeric hydrogel formed within a flexible porous support matrix. The support matrix provides mechanical strength, while the hydrogel properties determine the separation chemistry of the product. The final macroporous structure provides a large surface area for binding and facilitates rapid mass transfer, supporting high flow rates while providing highly efficient purification of the target molecule. Proven Performance - We have established many applications for Natrix membranes through successful collaborations with large pharmaceutical manufacturers and leading contract manufacturers. Moreover, in less than 2 years after its launch, NatriFlo membrane devices are in use or scheduled to be used in the production of over 20 biopharmaceuticals for clinical phase trials in the US, Europe, Japan, and India.
