We provide healthy lifestyle programming with a focus on the needs for women of color. Stakeholders include Corporations with a message, Community organizations Employee Wellness programs and Government entities. Tools for change include seminars, workshops, retreats, interactive classes, events and webinars. In addition, we work with brands to identify effective marketing and promotion opportunities.
