We are a consultancy specializing in the development and implementation of computerized health care applications with a special focus on the patient and his/her relationship with the health care system. We take hope in the empowerment of the patient within the framework of the digital transformation of the sector in order to achieve a system which is more efficient and humanized. Project title: Design of an eHealth and self-management model for multi-patient patients based on the FRAGILITY support and impact measurement of wearable technologies and domotics. EFRAILE - eHealth and Frailty, a Longer Life Expectancy Nabelia participates in the project NEXTCARE: Personalized care of the chronic patient in a digital health framework.
