MyRate obtain wholesale funds from our financier, add a margin, and then market that financier’s range of products to consumers under the MyRate brand. Because of the volume of loans we originate, we are able to obtain competitive wholesale rates from our financier and then pass on those savings to consumers. We pride ourselves on our transparency, reputation, and commitment to educating borrowers to ensure they choose the right home loan product to suit their needs.
