MXR Technologies, LLC was established in the state of California, USA in 2014. The company founder's personal background includes over 35 years of accumulated experience in the field of static mixing, steam heating, desuperheating and heat transfer technology dating back to 1981. During his career as employee of one of the leading static mixing companies, he have been listed as inventors in several patents and have been directly responsible for designing and commercializing some of the static mixers now offered by MXR Technologies, LLC company. MXR Technologies, LLC specializes in the design and manufacture of direct steam injection devices to produce hot water and static mixers for laminar flow applications such as for the homogenization of polymer melts in plastics extrusion equipment, mixing/dispersing in polymer production (similar viscosity and high/low viscosity materials). We also design and manufacture a wide variety of metal and plastic static mixers. Other designs are best suited for processing low viscosity materials in turbulent flow applications (and/or special gas/liquid contacting applications). Designs range from own designs and optimized industry standard designs that pioneered static mixing technology dating back to the early 1970s.
