We build mobile apps for neighbourhoods. With it you can send messages to your neighbours. For example - if your cat goes missing you can let your neighbours know about it. Also garage sales, real estate, community events etc can be published. The local authority (municipality) is paying for it - it gives them access to a effective community channel with the local residents.
