M.R.F.A. Information

M.R.F.A. was founded by ex-professional player and UEFA A qualified coach, Michael Richardson, in 2013. We’re a small business located in Essex, delivering high-quality sports coaching across a number of areas, such as P.E., football development centres, football academies and much more. The range of services we provide means we’re here for the entire journey of our players, from 2 years old, all the way up to 18, and our ethos has always been to use sports to change the lives of young people. Through our coaching, we provide the consistency, quality and dedication that young players need to flourish. It’s a place where parents know that, regardless of the level of success achieved in football, players of all ages and abilities will gain invaluable education and advice. We’re incredibly proud of the fact that we have six members of staff that are UEFA B qualified or higher, which is more than most professional academies, and we're working to continue to grow this even futher.
