In 1964, a trio of visionary engineers, from Admiral Rickover's Naval nuclear propulsion program, set out to form a company built around technical excellence. The three – Harry Mandil, Bob Panoff, and Ted Rockwell – completed their vision by forming MPR Associates and laying a foundation that remains today. MPR is a specialty engineering and management services firm delivering value to clients around the globe.
