We help companies, teams and individuals who develop software improve their working process to achieve specific business objectives like deploy earlier, be more adaptable, reduce costs or increase ROI. Since 2008, companies from Europe and United States benefited from our uber-customized services, public workshops, and international events. Our international trainers and coaches, who are also long-time practitioners, worked with startups, corporations, multinationals, IT departments and product development companies to help them grow their business, product & teams. We use an iterative three step cycle: - Assess: understand the challenges and context of the teams - Learn: build the common knowledge required for change - Adopt: work hands-on with the teams to deploy the newly acquired knowledge in the teams' environment. We believe in a pragmatic deployment of the right tools. The teams we work with know much more about their context than us. Thus, we pick together the most helpful practices in two main areas: - Organization: Scrum, Kanban, or specific practices like user stories etc. and - Technical: code review, unit testing, pair programming, Test Driven Development, dealing effectively with legacy code etc. Our coaches are software developers passionate about learning and polyglot programmers.
