In 2016, Mossgreen opened a stunning new auction and gallery premises in Queen Street, Woollahra, as well as the acquisition of long-established Auckland auction house Webb’s, (now Mossgreen-Webb's), to establish a broader base of trans-Tasman collectors. Mossgreen’s auction sales annually total AUD$50m, surpassing our long established competitors. This has allowed for exciting growth, in particular, with the establishment of Mossgreen Online - a new platform for online auctions. We are very proud as a business of our multiple-fundraising and charity events. We see it as part of our company philosophy to help the community that helps us, in both funds raised and our staff's time. Mossgreen Gallery has also supported the careers of a select group of emerging, mid-career and senior Australian and international artists since 2004. We are always interested in hearing from people with experience in auction houses and art galleries. Mossgreen requires casual employees for many of our auctions and gallery exhibitions. We are looking for people who have not only an interest in the arts industry, but also have excellent communication skills and can work collaboratively as part of a team.
