Morley contracts its services through two-wholly owned subsidiaries, Morley Construction Company and Benchmark Contractors, Inc. Through these subsidiaries, Morley is able to offer general contracting services including preconstruction, design-build, seismic strengthening, preservation, modernization and LEED® rated services. Morley Construction Company also has the ability to perform structural concrete services while Benchmark Contractors, Inc. has the ability to contract with open-shop contractors, both of which can provide significant cost savings on certain projects. Morley Builders is an employee-owned, private corporation with over 175 first-class professionals and 300 highly skilled tradesmen that is ranked among Engineering News Record’s Top 400 Contractors.
