Morethanhotels (MTH) own and operate 12 Express by Holiday Inn (EXHI) hotels throughout the UK under a franchise agreement with Intercontinental Hotels Group Plc (IHG), and also developing new brands into UK market, such as Hampton by Hilton and the IHG Staybridge Suites Brand. MTH formed in 2001 managing 8 Express by Holiday Inn Hotels. In 2005 additional hotels were acquired such that the group then managed 12 hotels. JER Partners in October 2007 acquired the MTH portfolio of 11 hotels. Since then JER has successfully acquired EXHI Stevenage
