White tank fermenters range in size from 1.1kL to 23.5kL. Whole bunch pressing is available if required. A digital wine tracking system facilitates the complex production process. Long Term Storage of wine in tank is available, ranging from 23.5kL to 92kL. A fully maintained barrel storage facility is also available. We are fortunate to have an independent bottling facility on-site, giving clients convenient bottling options. Moppa Vintners is HACCP and Organic certified. We are one of the few facilities certified to process organic wine.
