The Moorevale group of companies were formed in 2003. Moorevale is a privately owned specialist property vehicle focusing on the office sector, mainly in London and the South East. We are based in Clarges Street, Mayfair with a head count of five. Moorevale have invested over £430m either independently or jointly with partners and have an enviable track record of success achieving an average IRR of 42% for each project. The two principals are Mike Probert and Charlie Bishop who have each been active in the office markets for 20 years. Moorevale’s core philosophy is that enhanced returns are only realised through a combination of exceptional market knowledge, timing, experience and bringing together the right team for each project. Moorevale’s exceptional track record is built on its principal experience and has resulted in them delivering superior returns to partners which include Rockspring Property Investment Managers, Unniversities Superannuation Scheme, Allianz, GE Capital, Anglo Irish Bank, and LLoyds Bank over the past 5 years.
