Monsoon Masala offers an appetizing array of dishes from India’s Monsoon belt including our signature dishes from Bombay and Goa. We use the freshest ingredients and hand-ground spices to bring you the authentic taste of Indian. Our Cooking Our vegetable curries consist of a selection of fresh vegetables cooked in a sauce, which can have a thick or a thin consistency, depending on the style of cooking. The sauces for meat, poultry and fish curries also vary in consistency, and are all designed to be served with basmati rice or fresh baked tandoori bread. All curries are prepared with the right blend of Masala to bring rich and subtle flavors from our Rasoi (Kitchen)to your table but the spice index can be customized to your taste on the scale of mild, medium or hot. Marinated and tenderized in choice spices, our Tandoori dishes are cooked in the circulating, all encompassing heat of the tandoor known for its healthy and delicious creations. Because our cooking is low in fat it means that it’s lighter, so our generous portions make Monsoon Masala an ideal and speedy lunchtime option.
