Moderate The Panel is a Washington, D.C.-based global events company providing professional moderators, emcees and facilitators to corporations, nonprofits, governments and international organizations. Co-founded by award-winning journalist Femi Oke and television and documentary producer Leslie Shampaine, the company represents an international roster of experienced moderators who work across continents, languages and subject areas, from global health and climate to finance and technology. Beyond moderation, Moderate The Panel offers event production, panel design, speaker curation, moderator training, and media and communications support. Clients include global brands and media companies such as Cartier, Thomson Reuters, Foreign Policy and Incisive Health, alongside the United Nations, the World Bank Group, the African Development Bank Group, the African Union, the European Union, the National Bank of Ethiopia and the Rockefeller Foundation.
