We work across all industries supporting the needs of our clients based on committing to a true understanding of their requirements. We are able to support searches across the globe and we don’t stop until the right employee is put in the right role. Forming relationships with companies and candidates is the key to our success. Taking the time to ask the right questions allows us to get to know our clients and to match the right people with the right opportunity. You can count on Mod Recruit to listen and then work tirelessly until we find the ideal professional or perfect career for you. Having a full understanding of every job-seeker enables us to tailor the hiring experience to each organization and individual. We create quick and efficient processes that link great people to great professions by dialing in on key attributes beyond job descriptions and resumes. That’s how we ensure that the connection transcends the superficial level and considers other important factors like cultural fit, aligned values, and growth ability. Founded in 2019 by Hannah Leaf, Mod Recruit brings success and excitement to both clients and companies thanks to her vast experience. With a Master’s degree in Industrial Psychology, Hannah started Mod Recruit because of her passion for understanding others, making meaningful connections and networking to expand community. Currently a Brooklyn, NY resident and proud mom, she brings her infectious enthusiasm to the activist role she plays in her community, which includes founding one of the first Jewish mini-festivals in the tri-state area. Hannah’s love for creating and fostering real relationships is at the core of Mod Recruit.
