We build CRM systems for healthcare and life sciences: medical device companies, CROs, biotech, healthcare nonprofits, and membership health services. We have been doing this for 18 years. Most of the work is one of three things. Implementation, when a team is moving onto HubSpot or Salesforce and wants it set up around how they actually sell rather than around the demo. Integration, when marketing lives in one platform and sales lives in another and nobody can answer a question that crosses the join. Two way sync, custom object mapping, no duplicate records, and no dashboards telling two teams different numbers. Migration, when you are coming off Marketo, Pardot, Mailchimp, Eloqua, ActiveCampaign, WordPress or a legacy CRM and need data, templates, workflows and reporting to arrive with parity rather than gaps. We are a HubSpot Solutions Partner and a Salesforce consulting partner, and we hold no preference between them. The right platform depends on your stage, your regulatory weight, the stack you already run and where you expect to be in three years. That is what a scoping conversation is for. Regulated industries are the reason we specialise. Consent rules, field level permissions and audit trails are easier to build in at the start than to retrofit after a compliance review. How we work: a 30 minute assessment first, then a fixed price scope when the work is well defined. Implementations run from four weeks to six months depending on complexity. Managed services afterwards only if you want them, because we do not sell retainers by default. We will also tell you when the answer is not yet.
