MNKnowledge Information

MNKnowledge is an IT collective focused on software development outsourcing, technology consultancy and knowledge sharing. We have been on the market for 9 years; our team currently consists of over 30 people. Our portfolio of long-term partners includes around 25 organizations with diverse profiles. Our activities are in the following areas: 1. Education as a Service: Our educational services in the technology field have been our starting point since the very beginning. 2. Outstaffing upon request: We work with highly qualified consultants, sharing their expertise with our clients upon their request. 3. Comprehensive consulting activities: We primarily support HR and PR teams of the technology organizations we work with. 4. Social-oriented projects: Two examples are our program for training teachers in computer science and mathematics, which we started in 2022, and the support and development of the algorithmic scene in the country through the Tuesday Afternoon Club initiative. We primarily work under a white-label model, where almost all the educational initiatives we develop are created specifically for the needs of the organizations we collaborate with. This means that they entrust us with the creation and implementation of their educational programs, such as internal training, retraining strategies, technology workshops, youth talent attraction camps, and more. This working model allows us to be consistent and sustainable. MNKnowledge works with professionals with extraordinary minds and first-rate practical experience, and has gained a reputation for valuing flawlessness, encouraging continuous self-perfection and fostering collaboration. MNKnowledge is a member of the Bulgarian Association of Software Companies, the British Bulgarian Business Association and the Professional Association of Robotics, Automation and Innovations.
