Since its establishment in 1992, MINTRAC has focused on delivering high-value education and training that helps the industry adapt to change, from evolving workforce demands to global market and sustainability challenges. MINTRAC also provides consulting services across education, training, research, extension and adoption, supporting stakeholders right across the supply chain - from paddock to plate, meat processing and trade, to producer, livestock handling and national distribution activities - spanning beef, pork, poultry, seafood and aquaculture sectors.
