Anil Kumar is the Managing Partner of Mindspan LLC, a personal investment and advisory firm. Prior to this, he was Senior Partner and Chairman of the Asia Center at McKinsey & Company, Inc. in New York, New Delhi, and Silicon Valley. Over 23 years he founded the Firm's online business, outsourcing, and intrapreneurship practices, co-founded offices in India and Silicon Valley, and served as Chairman of the Knowledge Center. In 1997 Anil co-founded the Indian School of Business in Hyderabad, India.
