Mindsed Information

Mindsed helps SMEs get clear on priorities, build the right capabilities, and put simple systems in place so hiring, development and planning work as you scale. We’re a consultancy for analytical leaders who value depth, structure, and practical results. We work at the intersection of strategy and capability, helping organisations navigate complexity with confidence. How we help (in short phases, with tight scope and clear decisions): • Clarity and alignment: align leadership on priorities, roles, what “good” looks like, and a practical people plan connected to growth goals • Skills and capability foundations: lightweight skills frameworks, priority role profiles, and manager-ready tools for hiring and development • Implementation and adoption: embed the work into hiring, onboarding and performance so it sticks, with enablement and simple measurement that fits SME budgets Who we work with: • Founder-led or leadership teams who need a shared people plan • HR teams of 1–10 who need leverage, not extra admin • Businesses scaling fast, integrating acquisitions, or shifting to new products/markets What you’ll walk away with: • A clear skills and capability direction leaders agree on • Better hiring consistency and faster ramp-up for new joiners • Practical tools for development and performance conversations • A simple way to track capability gaps and plan next steps If you’re not sure where to start, begin with a Skills Sprint.
