Psychflex Training specializes in offering Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) training and its related contextual behavioural approaches to mental health professionals. Since 2008 we have been offering comprehensive, supervision supported clinical trainings in ACT and other approaches. Since 2019 we also began offering a psychedelic retreat and training programme for those wishing to grow as psychedelic-assisted therapists. We also research mechanisms of change in psychedelic-assisted therapy. Watch this space for our trainings and research findings.
