MindCache by Accelerated Training Systems Information

Accelerated Training Systems is a training and education company. The company’s focus is on the development of software applications designed to increase effective communication in the workplace by enhancing employees’ timely retention, and useful understanding, of training material and other types of critical information. Accelerated Training Systems premiere application is the MindCache. The concept for the MindCache software was developed over a three year period by a light manufacturing company struggling to promote a strong safety culture. The injury rate and related Worker's Compensation costs were at an all time high. Management determined that the employee safety training was lacking reinforcement on a regular basis. After scouring retailers and the internet to find a program that would accomplish the goal of reinforcing the company's safety training, they found nothing was available. Management then came up with the ‘paper and pencil' method of asking a daily question to its employees. This system then went from a simple software program that could rapidly track and monitor the employees' knowledge of safety and operation training to a fully customized version currently in place at the company. With the help of a software developer, the product fully matured into a standardized user-friendly version with unlimited applications. The company realized that this program would be beneficial to any type of business eager to improve training retention and employee communication and decided to pursue an exciting new venture, launching the product and establishing Accelerated Training Systems.
