We help create and deliver the change management structures e.g. to enable growth in turnover from £1m to £10m+ or provide a project management resource to solve an immediate challenge or capitalise on a new opportunity. Our skill set includes business development and marketing to support sales, financial planning from a P&L, balance sheet and cash flow perspective, human resources strategy management, compliance and risk management systems.
