Milepost Ventures is a venture capital fund focused primarily on investing in companies that are led, founded or co-founded by women and companies that are selling products and services primarily to women. We are now investing exclusively in our existing portfolio companies, which are mostly in life sciences and information technology. We are partnering with talented entrepreneurs, who are pursuing growing markets with a proprietary technology and/or a leading edge competitive position. As investors, we bring strong industry and strategic alliance expertise and connections. We pride ourselves on our ability to devote value-added time and attention to our portfolio companies. We are backed by a strong group of institutional investors and individual investors. We are also a licensee of the SBIC program of the Small Business Administration.
