Proudly at the heart of Yorkshire’s farming, food and countryside, now and forever: the Yorkshire Agricultural Society was founded in 1837 and organisers the Great Yorkshire Show.
Today, as a registered charity, we support and promote agriculture and rural industries across Yorkshire and the North of England.
Our offices are at the award-winning Regional Agricultural Centre, in Harrogate, which also includes Fodder - Great Yorkshire Food Hall (food shop and cafe).
We hold events for farmers to promote knowledge exchange, topical debate and to bring the agricultural community together. We also offer activities for school children to inspire the next generation about farming, food and the countryside.
Established since 2011, The Great British Food Festival brings amazing food and drink, producers and demonstrations to the most beautiful venues around the UK!
