In recent years, MGT projects have won numerous industry awards from regional associations like the Greater Richmond Association of Commercial Real Estate and the Alliance to Conserve Old Richmond Neighborhoods. In all, MGT has won six Project of the Year awards for projects like Power Plant at Lucky Strike, The Reserve Condominiums, Booker T Washington Plaza, design forum, and Thalhimer Center.
