At MetResponse, we offer specific services to fit your needs for biomarker (gene, protein and metabolites) discovery and validation. We help our clients from the beginning to the end with their projects (i.e. advice for experimental design, data collection, project-specific data analysis using MetResponse databases and integrating results with metabolic to gene networks. We can help with interpreting results. We have expertise in stable isotope labeling techniques for testing biochemical pathways and validating discovery results. In special cases, we collaborate with our clients for services that could be used for grant applications. We offer special services with targeted approaches that could tie molecules to mechanisms and/or develop functional assays as needed. We can serve as collaborators on grants that need omics expertise (i.e. data collection, pathway analysis, and reliable interpretation for biomarkers discovery and validation).
