Metelos Advisory is a management consultancy based in Singapore. Its key advisory domains are Strategy, Operations and Communications. Who We Are Metelos is made up of two words: melioris (latin) meaning better, and telos (greek) meaning ultimate purpose or ultimate end. Together it means we help clients be better and find a better purpose. We help businesses and people be better forms of themselves, seeing continual improvement as a never-ending quest. Always asking ourselves and clients what our ultimate objective or ultimate purpose for existence is. Only then can we harness the most value from what we do. What We Believe Building a successful reputation depends on four key factors – Strategy, Operations, Communications and perhaps most important of all Mindsets. A slip in any one of them could result in damage to an organisation’s image in the eyes of its stakeholders (customers, employees, shareholders, even general public). We see our relationship with clients as long term partnerships. We believe there are no “silver bullets”, and true change can only occur when there is a sustained mindset and behavioural shift.
