At Elaura, we have spent the past 20 years helping individuals and organisations to grow their understanding, using The Birkman Method (TBM). Along the way, we have built some cool stuff - cloud-based platforms expresso (for medium and large organisations) and hoozyu (for educational institutions) - and we have extended the reach of TBM data using data analytics and visualisation, for the past decade using Tableau in particular. We have also developed a vast library of TBM-related content, which is available to help both clients and facilitators. But what we are most proud of is the opportunity to walk with literally thousands of people on their journey to understand themselves and their perceptions of the world around them; and most recently, to train others to do the job we do, as Birkman Certified Professionals.
