Although member acquisition is extremely important, sometimes member support is paramount in keeping that member. We regularly provide: support services for member and provider inquiries, assist callers in reaching their primary care physician, verify member eligibility, process inquiries from prospective members, schedule appointments with marketing representatives, and educate members on their benefits.
