It is my mission and my passion to help others achieve the health and happiness that they want and deserve! I work with clients across the country, both in-person and via telephone. In addition, I am available for speaking engagements, group workshops and “nutrition detective” counseling at the elementary school level. I obtained my B.S. in Biology and Chemistry and have received additional training from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, where I was trained in more than one hundred dietary theories and studied a variety of practical lifestyle coaching methods. Drawing on this knowledge, I will help you create a completely personalized “roadmap to health” that suits your unique body, lifestyle, preferences, and goals.
