Maxwill Solutions Information

Maxwill Solutions is a managed IT services provider for IBEW locals, JATC apprenticeship training centers, and small businesses. The company was formed in 2010 and is owned and operated by Mike Starobinsky, a card-carrying member of IBEW Local 17 in good standing since 2009. We support about 70 clients across seven states. That includes eight IBEW locals and JATCs, where we handle the software these organizations actually run on — TradeSchool and its FileMaker Pro layer, LaborPower Express, and legacy NTAS systems — alongside managed IT services, Microsoft 365, cybersecurity, network management, offsite backup, and hardware procurement. Maxwill is a registered partner and reseller with Dell, Lenovo, and Microsoft. Most IT providers have never heard of the software your local runs on. We've supported it since 2009.
