Many of our recruiters joined our team as trainees. By developing and training our own unique recruiters from “the ground up”, we ensure that our company’s recruiting standards and methodologies are established from the beginning of a new recruiter’s career. In addition, our team of recruiters is required to abide by our company’s recruiting policies and procedures that establish the standards by which we expect them to service clients and candidates.
