Masa (NYC) Information

Masa promotes educational attainment, committed leadership, and civic engagement among underserved families in New York City, with a particular focus on families of Mexican descent. In pursuit of this mission, Masa not only provides direct services to families, but also collaborates with community and institutional partners to foster systemic change. We advocate for the development of an educational pipeline that provides culturally and linguistically competent supports to students throughout their educational trajectory, from early childhood through primary and secondary school, and ultimately through college and beyond.
