Mary Egan Publishing is a publishing company specialising in producing beautiful books. Mary Egan was the founder of Egan-Reid Limited. We have decades of experience in making beautiful books. If you’re a New Zealander, chances are you own some that we’ve worked on. But Mary Egan Publishing does much more than make books look aesthetically pleasing. Because of demanding bottom-line requirements, commercial publishers accept very few of the many, many manuscripts sent to them. It is, however, possible to succeed by publishing your book independently. We have helped many clients do just that, by providing services that result in a professional-quality book. Mary Egan Publishing uses exactly the same process to produce a book as the trade publishers, assuring a finished product which can sit comfortably on any book shop’s shelf without looking out of place. Here’s some of what we do: Project management, Internal design, Cover design, Illustration, Typesetting, Pre-press and print broking, Mono and colour scanning, Editing, Proofing, Indexing and much more.
