Upon testing various recipes and working with a many ingredients and ancient grains, he developed a snack food game changer – Pop Bitties! Launched in May 2020, Pop Bitties Ancient Grain Chips offer the nutrition-packed ancient grain powerhouse of wholegrain sorghum along with brown rice, quinoa and chia seeds. All products are perfect for dipping, topping or right out of the bag. The Ancient Grain Chip family includes Pink Himalayan Salt, Hickory Barbeque and Vegan Sour Cream & Onion. The next new line in our portfolio is Ancient Grain Crisps. The Crisps offer the same innovation advancements in sorghum as well as 6-7g of protein per serving. Ancient Grain Crisps are available in Vegan White Cheddar and Cracked Pepper & Sea Salt.
