Manto AI helps enterprises retain their best employees. Using a unique combination of AI algorithms, research-based domain expertise and a human analyst touch, our product will predict which employees might quit, when and why, to enable managers and HR leaders an effective action. After successful POCs, we're currently serving 5 large customers (2 of them paying) operating globally, generating an income of $110K this year and holding a database of over 70,000 employees. We're also participating in the SigmaLabs accelerator. Our team is comprised of committed analysts & technologists from diverse backgrounds in the IDF (8200, R&A Division, Havatzalot project, Navy) and large corporates (Dell-EMC), with academic degrees in Mathematics, CS and Philosophy.
