My name is Mandy Sinclair and I am an ICF Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) who is passionate about championing people to live their best life. I help people who feel unfulfilled, stuck or lack self-confidence and set them on a journey that will bring positive changes and achieve greater fulfilment. I can work with individuals or with companies who wish to improve performance, emotional intelligence and collaboration within their teams. I also help small business owners cut through the chaos and get back to doing what they are great at. The combination of my life experience dealing with a wide variety of challenges; my career spanning three decades in senior roles across a number of large corporates and my coaching training at The Co-Active Training Institute together with my International Coaching Federation accreditation means I have a wealth of knowledge, experience and skills to help you achieve your goals.
