Mama, LLC, is a clinician-founded consulting firm devoted to research, education, and advocacy in the field of women’s health with demonstrated professional competence in several key areas, including maternal/women’s health, health disparities, population health, digital health, capacity building and health care delivery models. Their work spans high and low-resource settings in the U.S., India, and multiple countries in Africa. Mama LLC partners with commercial, funding, academic and humanitarian organizations committed to meeting women’s health needs. EDUCATION: • Equip business and clinical teams with the knowledge and skills required to develop innovative women’s health solutions, to inform strategy and implementation, and to deliver vital clinical and public health services • Create and deliver tailored educational content for target patient/consumer populations, business leaders and healthcare executives, and various cadres of healthcare providers • Employ multiple media to engage audiences, including written pieces (blogs, book chapters, app content, infographics, white papers), videos (medical animations, recorded webinars), online/remote learning modules, workshops RESEARCH: • Implement efficient and accurate data collection systems, analyze data and compile results for organization and company utilization and publication, including data visualization and academic writing • Review and synthesize existing research to meet organizational needs, such as clinical and product development efforts, marketing and commercial aims, and investor relations • Inform clinical study design and implementation, including pilot and proof-of-concept studies, randomized controlled trials, and real-world data collection ADVOCACY: • Lead with the belief that health is a human right • Use an intersectionality approach and a commitment to health equity in all aspects of work • Apply clinical and public health expertise to address gender-based gaps in healthcare
