Our primary consideration is an on-going commitment to the ISO 9001:2008 International Standard quality management systems. From selection of material to delivery, our products undergo intensive Inspection and Quality Acceptance tests to ensure the products supplied are of high standard and to the requirement. Macro level processes for continual improvement of Quality Management System is documented and followed. Application of Quality Management System processes have been applied throughout the organization. The sequence and interaction of these processes have been determined by reviewing their respective inputs and outputs. Criteria and methods for operations and controls of these processes have been determined and are continually under review to ensure that the desired results are achieved. These processes are regularly monitored on an ongoing basis through supervision by Heads of various Departments as well as by periodic internal audits. The findings are analysed and evaluated regularly and improvements are made wherever scope exists. Macmet has a system of collecting data generated from various sources in the process of monitoring, such as feedback from customers, conformity to product requirement, performance evaluation of suppliers etc. This data is analysed from time to time to determine the effectiveness of the Quality Management System and, wherever required, necessary corrective action is taken to bring about improvement in the system.
